Why this exists
I'm Cláudio, a software engineer. Hiring for my own teams meant running every first round myself: the same questions, over and over, to find out whether someone could handle the day-to-day work. Meeting people was the good part. Watching it eat my calendar wasn't.
Then I was the candidate. I sat through half-hour calls that existed only to establish whether I could hold a conversation in English, and lost days trading messages to find a slot that worked across a hiring manager's timezone. Neither of those needed a meeting.
So I built the tool I wanted from both chairs. It scores spoken language on its own, so nobody sits through a call to prove they speak English. It schedules nothing, so nobody loses a week to a calendar. And it shows its work, so a candidate who asks why can get a real answer.
