When Willo is the better choice

  • You need ISO 27001, SSO, MFA and a dedicated success manager to clear procurement.
  • You need built-in ID, right-to-work or background checks in the same flow.
  • You interview in languages beyond the five VoxScreen covers. Willo lists 18+.

When VoxScreen is the better choice

  • You have a few roles with heavy applicant volume. Per-role pricing punishes exactly that shape.
  • You want to start free rather than commit to a live-role subscription to evaluate the product.
  • You want AI scoring against your own rubric and a CEFR spoken-language level on every candidate.

Everything above comes from Willo's own public pages, read on the date shown. Products and prices change. Check their site before you decide.
