Branded video interviews with your own logo and colors

Custom branding is on every VoxScreen plan, the free one included. Your logo and your colors go on the pages candidates record in and on the email that invites them.

A branded video interview is a one-way interview where the candidate sees the employer's logo and colors rather than the software vendor's. Almost every tool in this category offers it, and every one of them puts it behind a paid plan: the cheapest way to brand an interview elsewhere runs from $13.99 a month at OneWayInterview to $3,229 a year at Willo, which sells branding only on its annual Enterprise contract. VoxScreen includes custom branding on its free plan, which covers 50 candidates a month and takes no credit card.

What candidates actually see

Two places — which, between the application and a human, are the only two places a candidate meets your company at all.

The interview itself

Your logo and colors on the screens where a candidate reads each question and records an answer, from the opening screen to the confirmation at the end.

The invitation email

The email carrying the interview link uses the same logo and the same colors. It is the first thing a candidate sees, and the one most likely to be ignored when it looks like it came from a vendor they have never heard of.

What branding costs on other tools

Custom branding is not rare in this category. What is rare is being able to use it without a subscription — and on one tool here, without an annual contract. The column on the right is the cheapest plan on each product that puts your logo on anything, which is not always that product's cheapest plan.

What this does not do

Two of the things people mean by "white label" are not here, and it is cheaper to find that out on this page than after signing up.

  • No custom domain. The interview is served from voxscreen.com, not from an address of yours. Hireflix and Hirevire both sell custom domains; if that is the requirement, buy one of those.
  • It is branding, not white label. Your logo and your colors go onto the candidate experience. VoxScreen's name does not come off it.

Why it is not a paid feature

Because it is not what the paid plans are for. Starter and Premium raise the ceiling — 500 and 2,000 candidates a month against the free plan's 50 — and that is the whole difference between them. AI scoring, the CEFR language read, unlimited team members and branding are on every plan. A free plan is meant to be run on a real role, and a real role means real candidates looking at the screen.

Common questions

Do I have to pay to use my own logo?

No. Custom branding is on the free plan, which covers 50 candidates a month and asks for no card. Nothing about it changes when you upgrade: Starter and Premium raise the candidate and interview limits, not the feature set.

Where does the branding show up?

On the interview pages a candidate records in, and on the email that invites them. Both carry your logo and your brand colors.

Is this white label?

No, and the distinction is worth holding onto while you compare. White label usually means two further things: interviews served from your own domain, and the vendor's name gone from the candidate's view. VoxScreen does neither. Your logo and colors go on; ours does not come off. Hireflix and Hirevire both sell custom domains if that is the requirement.

What do candidates have to do to see it?

Nothing. They open the link from the invitation email and record in the browser — no account, no install. Your branding is the first thing they see and the last.
