Starter
You're hiring continuously and the free plan's 50 candidates a month is the thing you keep hitting. Starter is the same product with ten times the room: 500 candidates a month.
Premium
High-volume or multi-role hiring, several people reviewing, and you want the reporting to back it. Premium is the same product with room to run: 2,000 candidates a month, advanced analytics and priority support.
What paying yearly saves
Twelve months of Starter at the monthly rate comes to $468. Paying for the year up front costs $390, so you keep $78. About 17% off. The saving is the same proportion on every paid plan.
Pricing questions
Is the free plan actually free, or a trial?
It is a plan, not a trial. The Free plan costs nothing, doesn't expire, and asks for no credit card. It covers 50 candidates a month, with unlimited active jobs and unlimited team members. Most tools in this category offer a 7 to 30 day trial instead, which stops working when the clock runs out.
Do I pay per team member?
No. Every plan, including Free, comes with unlimited team members and no per-seat fee. You're billed on how many new candidates you add in a month, not on how many colleagues look at the results, so adding a hiring manager as a reviewer never changes the bill.
Which plans include AI scoring?
All of them, Free included. Every plan generates the questions and rubric, transcribes each answer, scores it per criterion, ranks the shortlist and reads spoken language at CEFR A1 to C2. The paid plans don't unlock features — they raise the ceiling: 500 candidates a month on Starter, 2,000 on Premium. Active jobs and team members are unlimited on every plan, Free included.
What currency am I charged in?
US dollars. Prices shown in other currencies on this site are an approximate conversion for reference only. The amount that reaches your card is the USD figure, and your bank sets the rate it converts at.
Do candidates need an account or a paid seat?
Neither. Candidates open the link you send, record in the browser on a phone or laptop, and never sign up for anything. They cost nothing beyond the candidate allowance on your plan, and there is no software for them to install.
Do I need a paid plan to put my logo on the interview?
No. Your logo and your brand colors go on the interview pages and on the candidate invitation email on every plan, the free one included, and there is no cap on it. Elsewhere in this category branding is common but a free plan isn't, so the cheapest way to brand an interview runs from $13.99 a month at OneWayInterview to $3,229 a year at Willo, which sells it only on an annual Enterprise contract. Two things we don't do: interviews on your own domain, and taking VoxScreen's name off the candidate page.
What counts as a candidate?
A candidate counts the first time their email address is added to your account — when you invite them, or when someone new opens a public interview link. After that they never count again: the same person invited to a second job, or coming back months later, is free. The allowance resets every month and does not roll over, and once you reach it new candidates are turned away until the reset.
How many jobs can I run at the same time?
No. Every plan runs unlimited active jobs, Free included, so you never archive a role to free up a slot or pay for one you are not using. Plans differ on the monthly candidate allowance and nothing else.
