Who VoxScreen is for
VoxScreen is one-way video interview software for small hiring teams. It fits some kinds of hiring well and others badly, and each page below says which, for one kind of team or one hiring situation: how a round would run, what it would cost at that volume, which tools you would be comparing, and when one of them is the better buy.
Who it fits, and who it doesn't
It fits
Small hiring teams without a dedicated recruiter: founders, hiring managers, small-business owners, and independent recruiters who hire in bursts not year-round. It fits best when a role draws more applicants than you can call, when the first round exists mainly to check communication or spoken language, or when candidates and interviewers are in different timezones.
It doesn't fit
It's a poor fit for enterprise hiring departments that need requisition workflows, compliance reporting, and an ATS of record. For teams that hire once or twice a year, where the setup doesn't pay for itself. And for anyone who needs scheduled live interviews, which VoxScreen deliberately doesn't do.

Not on this list?
The test is the same for any team. A recorded first round earns its setup when a role draws more applicants than you can call, and when what you need from the first conversation is to hear how someone communicates. The free plan is permanent, so the cheapest way to find out is to run one real role through it.
