VoxScreen vs HireVue
These two aren't really the same size of thing. HireVue is an end-to-end enterprise hiring platform sold through a demo. VoxScreen is a one-way interview tool you can start on for free this afternoon. The comparison is worth making anyway, because HireVue is the name most people reach for first and a lot of small teams discover the mismatch only after a sales call.

What HireVue is
HireVue is an enterprise hiring platform covering live and on-demand video interviewing, assessments, interview scheduling and conversational AI agents, with integrations into Workday, SAP, Oracle and SmartRecruiters, and ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 and FedRAMP certifications.
Pricing
HireVue doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page names an Essential and a Premium package and routes you to a demo request. There is no stated entry price, no seat count, no free plan and no trial length anywhere on it. Everything you would want to compare here is behind a conversation with their sales team.

When HireVue is the better choice
- You're a large organization and need FedRAMP, SOC 2 Type 2 or ISO/IEC 27001 on the vendor questionnaire. VoxScreen holds none of those.
- Your ATS is Workday, SAP, Oracle or SmartRecruiters and you need a deep native integration instead of a webhook.
- You need live interviews, scheduling and structured assessments in one platform. VoxScreen does none of those three — it schedules nothing on purpose.
- You hire at genuinely enterprise volume across campus, hourly and technical tracks at once, which is the shape their product is built around.
When VoxScreen is the better choice
- You want to know the price before you talk to anyone. Ours is on the pricing page; theirs isn't published at all.
- You want to run a real role before paying anything. VoxScreen's free plan is 50 candidates a month with no card and no end date.
- You have no recruiter and no ATS. HireVue assumes both. VoxScreen assumes neither and works from one shareable link.
- You want a CEFR A1 to C2 read on spoken language. HireVue advertises language proficiency tests without naming a scale.
Everything above comes from HireVue's own public pages, read on the date shown. Products and prices change. Check their site before you decide.
