VoxScreen vs Talview

Talview and VoxScreen both put an AI between the application and your first call, but they do it in different ways. Talview's Ivy holds a conversation with the candidate and asks follow-up questions. VoxScreen asks every candidate the same recorded questions and scores the answers against your rubric. Talview is also a proctoring company, and much of what it sells is built for exams, not hiring.
