When RecRight is the better choice

You need personal data to stay in the EU. RecRight hosts exclusively in Dublin and Frankfurt and says so plainly. VoxScreen doesn't publish a data-residency guarantee.
ISO 27001 is on your vendor questionnaire. RecRight is certified and audited annually; VoxScreen isn't certified.
You hire in Finland or Sweden. RecRight runs in Finnish and Swedish, which VoxScreen doesn't support at all.
You want live structured interviews and a light ATS in the same tool. VoxScreen has neither and doesn't schedule anything.

When VoxScreen is the better choice
