Shortlister is a UK talent screening platform, used by more than 3,000 employers, recruiters and educators since 2010. It combines video interviews with automated scoring, AI summaries and authenticity checks with aptitude, personality and situational judgment tests, game-based assessments and workplace simulations designed by occupational psychologists. You run a university careers service. Shortlister's interview practice and CV tools are built for students, which VoxScreen isn't.
